Exterior

Set in magnificent landscaped grounds of 1 hectare there are three main buildings:-

• The main home
• Two car ports annexed to a games room, small storage room/potting shed and a poulailler to the rear
• The old bakery (with oven), a workshop, a garage, storage room with an adjoining cave à vin and a large shed/woodstore

There are three main lawned areas – one to the rear of the home has a number of formal borders containing mature shrubs, another is the old orchard and, thirdly, there is a large grassed area to one side of the driveway leading to the property. This has a round animal hut (with electrical supply).

To the front of the house is a formal garden with a small lawn and is stocked with rhododendron, azaleas and hydrangeas amongst other mature shrubs.

To one side of the back lawn lies a large pond that is home to ducks, coots and moorhens. There is a pathway along two sides of this pond.
